Thanksgiving break has come and soon to be gone, and for myself, it was quite uneventful. I did spend time with my sister who came home from graduate school. It always nice to have her around because I do not feel so alone. She's my right-hand persona. When people ask you, who inspires you? She is the person that comes to my mind. I have known her since the day she was born, so it's a cheerful feeling to have that person in your life.

- WASC Report: Curriculum Draft
- AVID ISS Draft

- Black Friday to boost the economy
In these past few weeks, life has moved through its up's and down's, and everything is a work in progress. It is the journey that means more, than the destination itself. Everything will be okay.
In the last week of school, the AVID students had their AVID Social, which went really well. The 9th graders interacted with the 11th/12th graders, and it was nice to see all the kiddos together. I will have to work on the last few trips for the upcoming semester, proposals for AVID stoles, and social for spring.
As the semester comes to an end I hope all my students finish strong with their classes, and that we all mentally push through in the next 3 weeks.
