I had meetings piled into one day and that kinda killed me figuratively cause the day gets jam-packed and I tend to lose sight of what I want to accomplish in a moment because I am looking two or five steps ahead. But it all went well. I can't complain really because my students have been good to me, and that is a blessing that they are fun to be online with. My advisory class has hit a plateau, and I don't know what else to do with them. I don't want to give them a "project" but there interests are so varied, and some of the things they do want to talk about have little or no impact to my understanding.
In the personal life of things I do, my health screen went well, shown some improvement-minus my actual weight. I really want to call it muscles that have contributed to my weight. My clothes have been a-okay-but I guess I could do better with my food choices. CrossFit is going well, I took it easy this week with some exercises because I had been pushing it on the weight the past two weeks, bruised the collarbone, and had some weird landings last week that reminds me that my body is not really invincible as I like to believe. I did PR on a squat snatch at 80lbs. The snatch is what originally side-lined me back in August, so I really don't like doing that movement. It is a staple move, but I don't trust my arms and wide grip to get the bar over my head. I know it is a mental thing, but that movement is a challenge for me-and CARDIO. I just don't like any form of cardio-at all.
Anyway readers, have a good weekend and hopefully the weather is going warmer soon cause this chill cold is not happening.
